Once your order is place in the mail Nizhoni Asdzaa Creations is longer responsible for lost or damaged items.

It is the customers responsibility to track or contact USPS about delays,or loss packages.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you place an order, you will receive a comformation email, that accommodates your order number.

-Once your order has shipped, is when you will receive your tracking info.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

5-7 business days

Everything is shipped with USPS Ground Advantage unless paid for PRIORITY.

-We also pack your order by hand to make sure everything is correct. So please be patient.

REFUNDS?

i will NOT acquire refunds at ANY TIME!

The ONLY exception is if the item you received is damaged while in transit.

*Item(s) MUST be received, before refund is given.

*Shipping charges for refunds are the CUSTOMER’S responsibility-Tracking number provided.

*Refunds will not be given until package is CLEARED through system.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED??

If i receive your package back in the mail. I will message you via email, that your package has be returned.

-Keep in mind that you (the customer) will be responsible for shipment back.
